The First Women in Malaria Conference

Virtual Meeting on 22-24 March 2021

The Women in Malaria (WiM) community joins more than 420 researchers from 34 countries from all continents. The goal of this conference is to highlight the outstanding contributions of female scientists in the field, provide equal opportunities of participation to WiM from the early stages of the scientific career, and guarantee the inclusiveness in the selection with a balanced participation of scientists from various countries. Specifically, each session will feature 2 keynotes, including both earlier career and a more established speaker.

Registration for the conference will be open from February 1st until March 20th
The full registration fee is 50 Euros.
This registration includes attendance to all live scientific symposia over 22 – 24 March (we’re hoping symposia will also be recorded and made available to attendants). The leadership and peer-mentoring workshops will be restricted to female scientists.

Registration waivers are available for attendees from low- and middle-income countries as well as students with limited funding (contact us for information on how to apply).
